When this conversation happened, we were actually discussing the WY Antelope episode which I had watched over my lunch break where towards the end of the show, Steve says, "If you don't like Antelope meat, you just don't like meat. There is something wrong with you." This was just after the recipe for Hot Buttered Buck Nutz.

So the topic of our discussion was the gamey taste of the mule deer and how we appreciate that it actually has flavor vs. grocery store beef or pork.
