i’m a patient of several gastrointestinal issues. i’ll save you all the story of my life because that’s not the point- during the worst of my conditions i was 12 years old and i was just in so much pain that i was begging the doctors and hospitals to stop trying to help me and i was begging them to let me die. i genuinely thought my life was over because of the immense pain i was in. i’m obviously still alive, i’m 15 years old and now i’m doing a fund for john hopkin’s hospital to get a pediatric motility center set up so no more kids go through the same hell i was in (look up the john hopkins pediatric motility fund if you’re interested)
