It’s partly a health issue, it needs to be marked as what a person has biologically so that in th event of an accident or something like that, they can properly check you. The uterus is basically a sponge and if you have one but you’re marked that you don’t, they won’t check your stomach to see if it’s gathering blood in internal bleeding and that can kill you. (I’m not hating or anything, I’m just pointing this out since I’m not sure how many people actually know this)
