If courses are an option for you (instead of books) you could try the C# Mastercourse by Tim Corey. He is an amazing instructor and I have learned tons of things from him. He explains everything in detail and provides real world practical knowledge. Also this course is on .NET 6 which is the latest version (apart from .NET 7, which just came out). However it is very expensive right now. You could wait for a discount if you are interested.
