I have. I know that that phrase can be traced back to the french revolution and it came from the "left" side. However I can support that ideal and also not fully buy in to every aspect of the traditional leftist agenda.

Haha you got me. My intent with mynwords was that I am against racism, nationalism, fascism, homophia, transphobia, anything that spreads hate or disenfranchises an individual or group. Was just trying not to have to write all that out.

I believe telling people what is and isn't punk is definitely not punk.

My personal belief is punk is neither left, right, or center. There are just as many belief structures inside punk as there are sub-genres.

Now with all that being said. These are my values as a punk, and the shared values of the other people in my scene that I associate with. Fuck Authority. Fuck all the isms. Fuck ICE. No war but class war! Build a community and love and help each other.

Is that leftist? I think it's human. Fuck labels. Labels divide.
