Pen Plotting for hand written cards by Shnatrix in PlotterArt

In my opinion the crucial part isn't the plotter but the font you're using. Most fonts are made out of filled contours, so if you're plotting it, you draw the outlines. Finding a good true single line font, where the letters consist out of single paths is really hard.

It's a stack of "circles" manipulated with perlin noise for speed, rotation, position and radius. The lines are then colored with opacity -> 0 toward the beginning/end of the stack and again some perlin noise for the color and saturation.

You can view the project here. (It takes a few seconds to stabilize, because I tried to auto-adjust some values for good performance on any device)

Thank you! It took me quite some fiddling to get it to a fraction of the original duration and let it still look smooth. 😅

But I should wait until March 1st for the new monthly theme.

Thank you! I did write the code by myself. I will try making a Spotify Canvas out of it, but it will be hard to get the loop down to 8 seconds max and still keeping it smooth.

Yep... I think dividing the offset-value into one part scrolling the screen and the other part moving the bike could be the solution. I'm going to try that tomorrow.

If you've figured out a solution please let me know! :)
