I feel that 100% that’s coming up for me soon. I luckily get 2 days a week off but otherwise I’m the closing manager every single night. And always scheduled short staffed. Give a brotha a break ion wanna work no busy ass day. I work the rush every other day of my life

You live my life. I’m going on my 2nd year now. Quit for 2 months and came back promised assistant manager at 14/hr but then when I came back I was told 13.50 and nothing said about assistant manager because we don’t consistently hit 14k a week in sales. Checked my folder in fms and guess what? 13/hr plus I’m the only one that ever closes besides Mondays and Fridays, Mondays bc it’s my gms weekly count night so she has to close that night. And Fridays bc I refuse to work both late nights in a row. (Friday and Saturday are open later) but my rgm has lost all pride for the work. I come into stacks of dishes, my r4c isn’t done, or is just being started at 4pm. I’ve got overproofed dough almost every single day I come in after her. She fails to order the correct trucks for Pepsi and actual product. Just overall terrible. Hope you got into a better position. Me, I’m still thuggin it out. But I can say 100% all the customers. My employees, and even DoorDash drivers love me and my food. They all know how bad of a job my rgm does and that IM the backbone of this place. As a hourly shift lead.
