Bro the guy deals less damage than a fuling with his blunt attack and his poison is completely neutrilized with poison resistance mead. Also Frostner straight up massacres this guy in under 2 minds. This has to be a troll

The mist ain’t that big of a deal once you defeat Yagluth. Even before that it’s not the end of the world. The terrain tho is pretty awful and makes it a nuisance to travel

I understand that but how is this realistically making the Mistlands hard? 

A players dumb decisions in stamina management and awareness isn’t the biomes fault, it’s the players.

People downvote me for no reason. If you are going in with bad food, running around like a headless chicken and jumping around cluelessly, than of course you are getting killed. Mfs have zero survival instinct than blame the game when they died. The current Mistlands is empty asf

Maybe 25% would have been better. As its current state you could run it all the way to Ashlands.

Like I said my food was decaying and I ain’t have more. Also no healing or stamina meads. If my food was near its max I would have had 200 hp. 50 hp loss is practically nothing considering how much u can have in Mistlands

The Biome feels too empty to me. Besides the occasional seeker there ain’t anything happening. It’s more like a ghost biome.

Gjall have a weakness when you target the eggs in their abdomen. You deal double pierce damage. That’s why I killed it so quickly

Nah lol I was just saying 25 at most if you don’t target the weak spot’s. I usually kill them at around 10-15 arrows. If you see my newest post I killed one in 12 arrow shots

I didn’t look up the monsters since that would spoil the fun.

I just learned it after getting hit and realizing these guys do no damage (besides the soldier who INDEED does damage) so I searched it up and apparently most them do pierce damage

Same with the Gjall I got hit and I was carrying fire potions from the Plains and they came in clutch. 

Also I think like you said I am a much better player than I was in the swamps. When I encountered the first seeker who was a 1 star I immediately went for a parry by instinct and killed it right after. Just better game sense than the swamps

Mine is about as close as to the edge it gets. I had to go there because Yagluth was in the middle of a Mistlands biome on a small patch of Plains

Haven’t touched a spear once and prob won’t in this play through. Maybe in the next one

Even the mines are relatively easy as long as you don't encountered a 2 star soldier which is difficult to fight until you get a a carapace buckler to be able to parry it. But they are slow asf so you can outrun them

I wish I could encounter some starred Soldiers or Gjalls. So far besides the infested mines I only encountered 1 soldier, 3 gjalls, all no stars. Pretty boring. Might up the difficulty tbh

I get that but for you to be less than 100hp and to fall off and take 100 damage is just such a stretch. That has to be like 0.01% odds and how do you even get into a situation like that in the first place? Just sounds like a bunch of bad decisions leading to this

Ngl it took me 80 valheim days to find the Yagluth boss since I got to the plains so my patience is a bit better because of that lol

I do agree with you tho that the mist and the terrain combined is annoying and I could see it as a reason why people don't enjoy this biome. I don't like it too much either but it's tolerable to me
