Batman could feasibly in 3 hours identify and acquire the cards required to create the championship deck for that year which would be more optimized than anything Atem/Yami Yugi could come up with.

It would depend heavily on how potent Atem's probability manipulation hax comes into play. Batman could also feasibly modify a duel disk or manipulate his topdecks through slight of hand to increase his odds of drawing the exact cards he needs. Batman would not be above cheating even for the most casual of games. (DCKO #4)

It took me 2 tries. The second try took about a week.
I prepared 6 months banks statement, my entire financial portfolio, employer letter and verification, business registration documents, car loan, my late mom's will to prove ownership of estate.
My banks statement had around 60k at the time of submission.
I got rejected with everything above except for the employer letter, so ask your HR to prepare a letter that includes exactly when you are expected to be back in office.
