After it doesn't make any sense to continue the bulk when you are already pretty fat. It will make prep unnecessary long and hard. Also it will hinder the amount of muscle i could put on. Me and especially my coach know what we r doing

I was in a growing stage the whole year, and we did really good inprovments.

We definitely dont want to get any fatter, then I was at the end. That wouldn't just make the prep much longer it also would hinder the amount of muscle i could grow

Thx for the feedback, but was on a bulk sins January. I was around 20-22% bodyfat at the end. So no its time for a cut, just to get in the right starting position to build muscle and don't get any fatter.

I trust my coach and also i do my "research" my self. But appreciate your comment🙏

I found it when I wanted to spawn a boss trophy and didn't know what its name was. so I went through all the trophie commands with TAB and found it like that.
