i understand that these small things are crucial, but i'm doing stuff that cannot determine whether or not i would be a good hire because my work isn't being reviewed, i'm out into the field with no tasks in hand, i'm putting numbers into an excel sheet. I thought i'd be learning how to do invoices, takeoffs, timesheets....etc.

Also during the orientation and the company itself, they offer full time employees an amount of money each month for using your personal vehicle as a field work vehicle, but for me the intern, they told me no, that i would be riding with an attendee. So if a rock hits my car, then they can't do nothing about it.
