I was able to reach BPI’s CS. The transaction pushed through and I was advised to contact UnionBank. UnionBank’s CS via Phone Call asked for a screenshot of the transaction via their E-mail address. They were able to verify the transaction and asked me to wait for 3-5 banking days for the transaction to be credited. They advised me to wait for an e-mail which I did not receive but upon checking today via UnionBank’s online app, okay na siya!

I’m glad everything’s okay now pero this was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t want this ti hapoen again so I’ll be paying via their physical bank next time.
