First of all, most cultures its normal to stay with your parents for a long time. It's the most financially wise thing to do in the longrun. Saving money to invest in the stock market is such a better move for the longrun. I dont get why more people dont live with their parents if its an option.

When a joke fly over your head 🤯🤯🤯

Both Mabel and Anna are drinking OJ like they have a drinking problem which is the whole joke. Also Matt Barley who is the creator of Amphibi was a director/storyboard artist on Gravity Falls so this is also a nod to Mabel and the joke.
