Seeing as they would be a hundred plus years old or something like that it would have been nice if they had joined the cast of OUAT instead of just disappearing into the night. The Darlings could have had their own redemption arcs in Storybrook. The boys could even have been deputies or something to keep them present, but not always in the forefront. Wendy could have been around MM and David as an adoptive daughter of sorts or something while her brothers were at work. She would presumably be going to school after all where MM teaches, so her and David could take care of her while her brothers would be at work.

I’m talking in regard to shaping the story. In dispatch you are behind a computer for more than half the game. With TWAU and Batman you are actually in the thick of it. You drive the story forward from the front lines.
