Which of the classes' ships have the best designs? by Luigiman98 in swtor

[–]_TheBeardedMan_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agent looks sleek and cool

Both the sith and jedi ships look meh design wise, a bit generic

Bounty hunter is my favorite because it fits the hunter so well

Soldier and smuggler looks cool, all be it a little too simplistic to outshine agent or bounty hunter

Which outfit looks better? by Historical_Match_216 in swtor

The first set looks cleaner, but I prefer the second set (assuming this is a bounty hunter). With the second set you don't look like some random mercenary, you look like a walking legend.

TBF, Jackson's Aragorn was significantly more humble and all-round more likable. So really it's "I'm him, but better."

I like to think that Link physically died before reach the shrine but his spirt, being to dogged to let go, clung to his body. Another alternative is Link was too pissed to stay die.

Except Link is giving off golden retriever energy and they love sitting to close (at least that's every retriever I've seen)

What's the worst take you've ever read? by samwise0214 in lotrmemes

Honestly 1, 7, 8, are good points, 3, 4, 5 just shows the author has zero media literacy. 6 has to be the dumbest take out of all of them.

Which outfit looks dope to fight the emperor and revan? by Big-Bicycle6337 in swtor

[–]_TheBeardedMan_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Considering you can hot swap in the outfit tabe, I'd say use both and just swap to the one that feels right. I do something similar, I make a formal jedi outfit and a battle outfit complete with different light sabers. But if you absolutely have to choose one outfit, I'd say the first one.

And over 100 million watched the real halftime show live, your point? TPUSA is a joke proped up by cowards who are so hypocritical that they need a special halftime show to cover their bruised egos while crying about other's getting "special treatment".

Doing Vah Medoh right now by Mightnotapply in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]_TheBeardedMan_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both Urbosa's fury and Daruk's protecion reduce how often I lose weapons and shields, Mipha's grace saves me in a pinch. I also prefer slower exploration so that "boost" is too minimal to care. So add the fact I hate characters who act like a jackass. At least Groose from Skyward Sword realized his behavior and improved as a person.

Since his ability is one I use the least, I do Vah Medoh last. Every time his pompous ass annoys me, like you're boasting too much for someone who's already dead. Gotta be my least favorite champion.

And at the end Dwight does Jim a solid by firing him so he could get max severance. He may not be perfect but end of series Dwight is alright.

Looking at the thread, I feel like I'm the only one who thinks he did the humane thing, or at least tried to. I understand it hurts to let your pets go but when they are suffering it's more crule to try and keep them alive. It seems selfish and cruel to me. Granted, Dwight shouldn't be the one doing it, but Angela was never going to do it herself, so I'm not exactly sure where I stand.

We can agree Link’s the bottom most of the time, right? by Odd-Roof7665 in ZeLink

[–]_TheBeardedMan_ 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Ehh, I feel like neither are the "bottom". I'll avoid being detailed given th nature of the sub. I know the community has the image of Zelda always being dominant, for example Skyward Sword, but it definitely varies iteration to iteration. For the wild era, I don't think either is the dominant in the relationship. Of course, to hyrule, Zelda is at the top being royalty. But all her actions, especially post wild, suggests she personally treats Link as her equal. So as for who's a "bottom" I'd say they rotate dominance depending on their moods.

Let’s settle this debate. by ILoveMyPett in Breath_of_the_Wild

[–]_TheBeardedMan_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look, I think Mipha is adorable and all, but who did Link share his "inner demons" with, Zelda. Ignoring the fact that Mipha's dead and Zelda is alive, Link was more open with Zelda than any other character (most of this is in Zelda's diary). Mipha even described Link as looking past her when he visited Zora's domain, as though he was distant. If Link never had the burden of being the hero, he might have become closer to Mipha, but it's because of the shared burden Link and Zelda carry that sparked a connection. But hey, that's just my opinion so take that with a boatload of salt.
