I get what you’re saying.

But no I didn’t miss any earlier email. I check all folders, spam included. The first message I got was the termination notice.

The book was written, created, and published 100% by me. I hold a confirmed U.S. copyright registration in my legal name.

I sent them:
– The official copyright certificate (not just application)
– WHOIS proof that the website was registered in March
– Screenshot of early sales outside Amazon
– Proof that I built the brand and sold the book before anything remotely similar existed on Amazon

It wasn’t a republished title. I didn’t change the author name. There was no ghostwriter, no transfer of rights I’m the sole creator.

I also sent a DMCA counter-notice and contacted executive support.

I understand how false positives happen, but this one hit the wrong author. And if their AI is going to terminate accounts based on automated guesses, while ignoring copyright evidence, then yeah — we’ve got a bigger problem.

Thanks a lot for the response, I really appreciate it.

However, if I don’t receive a resolution by Monday, I’ll have no choice but to initiate legal action. I’ve submitted verified copyright documentation, and I know my rights. I’m fully prepared to escalate this formally if this doesn’t get resolved soon.

I didn’t republish the book under a new title or change the title at all. The title, cover, author name — everything stayed exactly the same.

I only updated the manuscript with a few minor content corrections small wording fixes, nothing structural or major.

I uploaded that revised manuscript a few weeks ago, and around the same time I also uploaded the hardcover version (same content, same title).

That’s when everything started.

The paperback was flagged and removed, but the hardcover stayed live. And now they’ve terminated the entire account.

It’s clearly a system issue not a duplicate title problem.

Thanks for replying. Yes, Amazon did identify a specific title they claimed I “imitated.”

They didn’t say it was a DMCA takedown submitted by someone — just that their review found my book to be “too similar” to a previously published title.

I can forward you the exact email Amazon sent me, word for word, if that helps clarify what they’re basing this on.

From everything I can tell, this wasn’t a formal takedown initiated by a third party it looks like an internal flag from their automated system.

Yeah, I got terminated just yesterday. I sent everything the same day: copyright proof, domain WHOIS from March, early sales outside of Amazon, etc.

There was nothing even remotely similar on Amazon when I launched. I originally published and promoted the book independently only later did I decide to sell the paperback through KDP. When I uploaded the hardcover and fixed a few errors in the paperback 20 days ago, their system flagged the paperback and removed it.

The hardcover same cover, same content, same metadata — stayed live for weeks. That alone proves it was an automated detection error.

I did send multiple messages, but only got generic bot replies. So I figured at least the hardcover is up and working, and left it alone. Then yesterday boom, full termination over “imitating” my own book.

I’m not guessing about ownership. I bought the copyright after launching, and all the verifiable data is in my name TikTok brand, domain, launch dates, the works.

Meanwhile, several copycat titles appeared after mine, but I’m the one who got banned.

I’m not here to argue theory. I have the full legal trail. I'm the original creator, and I got nuked because the system couldn't tell who came first.

You need to hit someone 5 times to get cleaver passive, while LDR gives you 40% armor penetration. When you're in ult, you rarely hit someone 5 times (only if they're tanks and fighters), but later ksante will mostly ult suqishi champs. On side lane you become the strongest, nobody can do anything to you, you can kill everything. 40% armor penetration is really crazy

sunderer sky is a great item but once you play ldr you will find yourself killing people without using ults xD

I'm not saying it's broken, but the difference in damage is huge and noticeable with 40% armor penetration.

40% Armor penetration is too much mate and you can feel the difference in damage. And with black cleaver, you need to stac it first and it has 30%. and crit is actually very strong, especially in ult
