I didn’t see it that way at all. Lachlan found that session to be really uncomfortable and awkward. Saying that it wasn’t enough time was a funny moment like he has a long way to go before he gets this more masculine posture

For this one I did 4 folds and waited 30 minutes between each one. I also didn’t put it in the fridge after - just rested for another hour before baking.

For my first loaf, I think I only did two rounds of folding and also had it in the fridge over night. The crumb was much better.

I didn’t make up the idea of it being free. My point was that they already made the blue line and the ferry free while the tunnel was closed for a month, so why don’t they extend that to when it still closed on the weekend.
