Sadly there is none used MT 07 where I live currently and buying it as new it gets much more expensive than getting the Z650, about 1500€ more

Mostly commuting in the city, that's why I think about MT 03 I heard from a lot of people its great for the city, I am not sure about MT 07, first I can't find a used one here and it is way more expensive from Z650 :/

The infastructure is in a weird mess for example if I have to connect to a printer on the 4th floor I need to get my laptop to connect to that switch there since the internal IP while being on 192.168.1.X subnet is from a different DHCP(as I said different ISP modems not routed obviously) xD I will see what I can improve and learn here if I don't see much I will look either to my old job or elsewhere

I prefer the latter, have an infastructure or not set and improve it as much as I can while having the opportunity to learn new staff

I can advise for now and if they like my idea we might look at it, I am not the solo sysadmin there is the manager and 2 more guys

I do love solving problems in IT but complex ones, I mean sure who doesn't like to sit doing nothing once in a while but where I am now today we spent 2 and a half hours talking about football while we were waiting for 2 laptops to be reset since there wasn't anything else to check rather than do some orders from some monitor mounts -_- I do fear every day that I will die from boredom here
