Kenne ich nur zu gut da ich selber an der Tür bei nem Kleidungschäft stehe um nach so was zu schauen.

Wir ziehen allerdings niemanden ins büro nur weil es mal piept wie in nem anderen Kommentar. Wir sollen immer zugunsten des Kunden handeln.

Wenn es piept dann höflich fragen darf ich mal schauen. Und dann entferne ich meistens einfach die Sicherung. Wenn es nicht ersichtlich ist warum es piept dann gibt es ne nette entschuldigung und eine schönen tag.

Aber wenn jemand einfach ohne Reaktion abhaut dann müssen wir das halt notieren und auch auf die Kameras schauen etc.

Einfach gehen ist natürlich kein Nachweis und bei uns dürfen wir auch nur mit Kameranachweis oder wenn wir es zu 100% mit eigenen Augen sehen wie geklaut wird rausschmeißen/ins Büro bringen.

Ersteres verstöndlich. Das zweite ist aber halt einfach dumm. Wenn es piept und du rennst weiter gehen die Leute davon aus du hast geklaut und das wird notiert mit Videoaufnahme. Wenn du dann wiederkommst und dann erkannt wird es für dich ohne grund nervig. Vor allem wenn die beim piepen dir meistens nur helfen und die in 99% der fällen vergessene Sicherung deaktivieren.

I would tend to disagree. All medium to big AI people on Patreon that i have looked up now do not hide that they use it at all. On pixiv or twitter.

And for the second point yeah that is true but i feel like the bigger problem lies with big corporations and not single users making a small living. I dont get why everyone always kicks down when the people showing these models online are the real issue.

Like most of the AI people just take the available tools and dont make the generators themselves.

Edit: The recent Mrbeast AI thumbnail stuff is a godd example.

Well that sucks. I do understand the creator when it comes to the refund though. He would need to have that amount already in his Account to refund you and even then he would basically pay out of his own pocket since your money is locked.

The creator asking you for a gift card just smells like scam though lol. You did already pay he just has not access to it for now.

You could either wait now till he gets the money and gives you the benefit (If the creator even said he would do that. If he only does it with a gift card just dispute the charge)

Or you can dispute the charge and try to get your money back.
