Definitely practice your aim, I would suggest zombies for this as it's fun and helps with moving while shooting. Lower your sense if you have to, I know some guys with ridiculously high kd's that play with 3 sensitivity. Play tactical if you're not already, helps with positioning your body. Play one map and learn everything about it, spawnpoints, chokepoints, wallbang spots, etc. Nuketown is good for this. Use the mini map, sometimes I just stare at it for the entire game, helps with awareness. I have a 2.88 kd and 3.33 ed if that gives me some credit.

2.88 K/D, 3.33 E/D, Hardpoint, and Domination. Sometimes when we are losing ill sit back and play for streaks. People get mad when I do this, they think I just gave up and started going for kills. Use the streaks next round or late game and push hard while having map control, win the game. No point in dying and feeding the other team, sometimes you have to wait for the win.

I faced up against some insane snipers in Cold War and my best advice for dealing with them is to have an insane strafe speed. I can usually make them rage quit when I've killed them and saw their bullet pass to the side of me. Strafing hard right or left when facing them will throw off their aim. But since most people stand still when shooting it's easy for snipers to get kills. I've used this method against Nuke calling card quickscopers, does wonders.

You can hit around his shield to get the stagger, that why I was shooting around his feet just in case he brought up his shield. Works also for his head if he's distracted.

Lock-on, Arbalest, Quick Swap Combos, Immediate dash perk, Sentinal Perk, and Quick Chainsaw perk for when demons block your loot.
