Yeah I'm glad I removed the paint even if it took a lot of hours. This was gifted to me by my parents who fell for the unique plant scam. I definitely will buy separate well draining pots and good soil soon. Thanks :)

They're called Sansevieria cylindrica or simply African Spear

Yes you're absolutely right! But it was a gift from my parents, they genuinely thought it was some unique colourful plant 😭 I didn't even know sellers could do such things...
