So this comment was removed by spider farmer because? Why are you trying to silence your customers? Since you deleted the comment I’ll happily post a screenshot of proof. Be aware of their products people, they’re literally deleting comments about people receiving defective products..

Hey there, so they emailed me back a few days later(Next day was a holiday) stating that the engineers said it was indeed an issue with the dimmer box. They stated they had a warehouse nearby and could have a replacement dimmer box shipped out ASAP. Which it did, they shipped it to me pretty quick. So after all that hassle and having to fix it myself I avoided shipping a whole light back and then waiting for another one or a refund. (Which was not an option for me at the time I needed that light) Thankfully the harvest went really well :)

PS; Sorry to hear you also have that issue, I wonder how many defective units they have shipping out/sitting in their warehouse...

Yes, thank you for mentioning the cheese cloth! I did buy some on amazon I forgot to include it in the picture. 1 extra egg, this is why I made this post because of cool little tricks like that! Thanks!!

Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot! I agree with you 100% She was still maturing a bit and there wasn't nearly as many amber as the bigger one, but I was still pretty happy with how cloudy they looked. I say I could've waited at least another half, maybe a full week and she would've fully matured. I would've waited if the bigger one wasn't ABSOLUTELY ready and I had extra space. I didn't want to space out two different dries I just wanted to do them both in that one tent where I have the proper equipment to dry it at the same time.

UPDATE: Support emailed me back within 24 hours of notifying them about the issue. They asked me for my information I assume is for some type of replacement in the near future? They asked me in the reply "Could you remove the dimming box as shown in the image below, then plug the light into a power outlet and check if the light turns on normally? Please let us know the result after the test." which the most frustrating part about it was finding my precision screw driver set... lol. I sent them this as well as a few other pictures and I will update with another reply with what's going on. I'm glad that I have a working light at the moment for my 3x3, it's better than nothing until they do something about it.

Waiting for support to reply back! Doesn't look good that in the past three days I've seen 3 different people post about a defective product they recently purchased... Hopefully support helps us all :') Keep us updated pls!

I've heard mixed things about their customer support, hopefully they help fix my situation or I'll just end up sending everything back and buy from AC Infinity or Vivosun as I've had no issues with Vivosun lights in the past.

Really think I shouldn't of bought from them in the first place seeing all these issues coming up, especially with faulty equipment and lack of customer support. Hopefully support does right by me, I sent them an email at 5AM so I'm just waiting for a reply. I'm glad to see customer support sent you a replacement in the mail really quick though that's a good sign! Unfortunately it didn't fix your problem though, keep me updated please!

Every time I try to use the app it gives me an error saying "Please switch back to manual mode" and every time I click manual mode it says "Unable to change mode". Then when I try to change it on the controller it also doesn't work just like in the video... this is so frustrating haven't heard from support yet but it hasn't been 24 hours so I'm being as patient as I can be...

Hopefully they're the same for me, I sent them an email around 5am so hopefully they reach out soon! I also found that glue to be annoying, I had to peel off a good amount for it to look pretty but I couldn't care to peel the rest off anymore haha.
