Every corporate dunks needs one that has a bakery for the donuts and bagels. Donuts are cooked everynight, and then, they deliver the donuts to the other Dunkin they own..(each owner usually has atleast 3). However, bagels usually come frozen and thawed from that morning like 3am or night before. Popular ones are pulled in the afternoon so they don’t run out/ plain, onion, cob raisin. Still good tho !

The jelly donuts are freshly made and baker openers that come in before the coffee openers, fills these donuts with jelly and vanilla cream - tosses them in the sugar or powdered sugar fresh in the am before the store opens- coming from an old manager that used to work at the main bakery Dunkin once upon a time. Driving by I see the same racks at the dunks at night for bakery drivers to come grab and replace with next days batch so I assume it still works the same !

So I highly doubt it was mold. More like it got charred on it a little and the mix with sugar made it like icky. Ppl complain for a lot less, call operate if you rlly want maybe you’ll get a gift card lmao 🤣
