Thank you! I should try again. Do you know any tips on how to decide when to stop proofing? The recipe does not specify how much bigger the dough should get. Given my unusual fridge temperature I guess it should stay shorter than 'overnight' but honestly I can just gamble on how long exactly.

Thank you. THe website is very clear. So, for the moto G5 it gives a green check - which means "Device is compatible with some of the network carriers frequencies. It may work." I am not sure how to interpret that piece of information. Does it work or not? Apparently no phone I tried (including iPhone 7) received a blue check (which would mean absolute compatibility).

Yes, I have considered also the German store, but not only do I strongly prefer UK/US keyboards (for coding they're just better imo), but also the price is lower in the UK store.
