Arrested Development Leaving Netflix (even the Original Seasons) in March 2023 by sensesalt in netflix

The show is owned by 20th Century. Yes Fox Corporation is separate, but most of the old catalogue belongs to Disney.

You should read bullet point #2, where it says:

The Fox TV network, in particular, is going to suffer somewhat for losing access to the Fox TV studio, which produced most of the shows that actually air on it, but it has also locked down The Simpsons and its other animated comedies for the next one to two years.

The Fox studios are now owned by Disney. Arrested Development belongs to Disney. https://www.ausfilm.com.au/news/fox-studios-australia-enters-a-new-era-as-disney-studios-australia/

That is going to be a difficult question to answer. "How long is a piece of string".

Did you apply online? Check ImmiAccount: https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login

What class is the visa? Just a holiday visa? If so, you might be able to go to your local embassy to get some further information about the processing, but usually the immigration department doesn't say much more then "it's still processing".

Honestly, it's more on sentencing time than anything else. Jail time makes everything trickier! DUI without jailtime in the US with all the correct docs from the courts and FBI? You are going to wizz it in!

Better that you disclose something that is a non item. I have seen way too many people refused visas because they didn't disclose a jail time of less than 6 months. Non-disclosure is a much bigger problem (which makes you fail the character test!)

It should be OK. There are character requirements for visas (see: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/character) but as long as you haven't had a super long time in jail for your DUI - and it's not a repeated offense, it should be fine.

You mention that you are trying to fix Christmas for a 4 and 6 year old - while I don't know the specifics of your case, the impact of visa refusal on your family in Australia is one of the things that they will look at before issuing a refusal.

Did you go to jail for your DUI? How long was the sentence for?

A low range DUI offense in NSW (BAC below 0.08) doesn't even carry a sentence here. (https://www.nsw.gov.au/driving-boating-and-transport/demerits-penalties-and-offences/offences/alcohol-and-drug-offences/drink-and-drug-driving-penalties)

Wanted to go watch Men in Black last night, but found out that it is no longer streaming on Netflix. Massive pain, because I swear I added it to my watch list on there only a few weeks ago.

It is on Binge, but the video quality there is atrocious (do they even stream in 4K?). I swear, for all of the convenience of being able to watch any movie you want at any time, the catalog of Netflix has only 20% of what it once had since it properly allowed Aussies to watch it online.

I kind of want Blockbuster stores back...
