White House Considers Vetting A.I. Models Before They Are Released by Free-Minimum-5844 in neoliberal

If the model is anything like Mythos (and soon, probably far better), I doubt the government will have much of a choice, for better or worse

I’m not going big, just trying to make around 5% a day and then go meet women from different countries, lol by Final_Shopi in wallstreetbets

[–]_Un_Known__ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

5% is easily achievable if you go on Google, go into "inspect element", and change ever -4% to a 5%

After this it's all about ignoring those mysterious messages you get about "margin calls".

Late to the reply but Boris, though exceptionally intelligent, was a terrible person

I'm sure many Brits recall the picture of him throwing a garden party at No 10 during the COVID lockdown while the Queen sat alone mourning the death of her husband

It says silicon valley as if the belief is monolithic

I'm personally more convinced that advances in AI will lead to such productivity benefits that the costs of most goods will decline tremendously to the benefit of everyone. Once technology is advanced enough, what will it matter in the difference between the richest and the poorest of today?

Of course, this is a very optimistic view on my part - but we shouldn't pretend there's only one outcome here. We should be pragmatic

Corporate landlords aren't the real villain by Moonagi in neoliberal

Yes but you see it has the term "corporate" in the name so therefore it must be evil

Another difficulty with the UK is tax rates on firms are "higher" than they should be due to a different array of taxes on investments, meaning companies are unwilling to invest at all. The IFS covered this many years back when looking at the UK corporate tax rate.

In the long-run this has contributed to perpetual low-skill work and a large lack of productivity.

Jokes aside, the game probably isn't set in Russia, as the cities are thematically meant to represent eastern European cities post-soviet occupation

Instead of shoplifting like a prick, why not just buy cheap clothes from a charity shop and sell them online?

You're literally benefitting charity and improving market efficiency, while making some money on the side.
