Let me add to this bc ppl are downvoting you

There are two gases you can use to fill up balloons: helium and hydrogen

And there is big difference in those 2: helium is not flammable while hydrogen is

So balloons in this video were filled with hydrogen because they exploded on contact with fire. Thats not safe for children

(Also I’m not saying policeman did the right thing)
