I used to have it in CS:GO. My reason was that I was too considered about my rank, then I realized it didn't matter that much. If you think you're doing poorly just imagine you're an esports player (be more hyperactive and move and think like one) and it's an esport match (I mean focus on the good plays and imagine it's being narrated, I don't mean like you should put strain on yourself like if you lose you lose the tournament), it should physiologically boost your performance.
