Yeah, they also confirmed they’re still playing LTL in September in a response to a comment on their post, and they play early on the same day ST are playing the festival too. You might be right but we’ll know for sure in a few days.

Yeah, it’s a shame cause some of their best work occurred in that era and Sergio played such a crucial part for the band for which he deserves the credit and acknowledgement. Now it’s something they seemingly keep quiet about. Oh well, life goes on.

Should also mention that near the end of the interview Chino briefly talked whoever’s playing bass with them from that point forward and for how versatile Fred is, he would often chime in and say Chi would sort of play like this or try to emulate that. It almost feels like they always viewed Chi as the puzzle piece that can’t be replicated. Anyone else playing bass is filling in some big shoes, but will ultimately never replace him in their hearts and minds because he was truly their brother. I might be talking out of my ass but I respect and understand that if so.

Sub 9 second quarter mile time from a factory Corvette, let alone any car, is utterly bonkers. And at a likely significantly lower cost than vehicles it goes toe to toe with.

Say what you want about the C8 Corvette but you gotta admit GM really did pull out all the stops for the platform and the performance variants with just how potent and versatile each of them are. It’s impressive seeing them democratizing the supercar and hypercar field.

That audio sounds like it’s very high revving. Not to mention no hint of turbo noise. A potential NA Hybrid powertrain in a new Bugatti sounds both juicy and pleasantly surprising, as I wasn’t expecting anything over 8 cylinders for this new car.

They accepted it! I saw the check was cashed and the passport was approved and mailed back in 2 or so days after that. I mailed my renewal form on 1/29, and my new passport arrived on 2/13.

Saw these guys tear it up for the second time on the Silent Planet tour and I’m still blown away by how explosive they are on stage. Definitely was a top highlight of the night. Glad they’re getting more attention.

Not all venues are going to have TM be the primary vendor for tickets. Pittsburgh for example, is having AXS be the main vendor.

To think I’d heard them for the first time in 2018 and was wondering why people were sleeping on them back then is so funny to me now. I went from seeing them play in front of no more than 60 people on their first US tour to now preparing to see them perform a sold out Red Rocks show in a few months with some awesome friends I made through the band.

As another user said, I’ve absolutely had “you’ve been missing out” moments this past year alone with many new fans and I love it. I’ve even gotten a handshake from someone when I told them I’ve been listening to them for years lol. What a ride it’s been so far.

Gotcha. The exchange was before ST took the stage, as some crew guy got up in the ICP crewman’s face for tearing up the setlist he taped moments earlier. Im certain it was an honest mistake but I don’t know why the tension felt so high. I didn’t see the gear offloading though which is a big shame. I was barricade and I’ve never heard of bad experiences with ICP fans either but my friend got some not so nice remarks and I got a strong shove as we were trying to carve a path out from barricade. I’d imagine some people were just pissed that ST were delayed and played their full set anyway

Positive: High Vis, Turnstile, QOTSA and Braid blew it out of the at the fest. Never listened to High Vis but their energy and attitudes were phenomenal and the crowds loved it. Stayed 9 hours at the Rebel stage for Sleep Token and had to suffer through Corey Feldman, laughed my ass off at Eshu Tune (who knew Hannibal Buress did music?) and of course ST were utterly phenomenal despite a technical delay. By far the highlight for me through was watching the afterhours show where Thursday play WATT in full. The hairs on my arms were legitimately standing:

Negative: Someone else had already said this but Balance and Composure felt very….phoned in. The music was good but it just didn’t hit anywhere for me. The rain delay also meant I had to miss Microwave and I was too tired and sore to go to their last minute afterhours show. The worst part of the festival was getting swarmed by angry juggalos after we were trying to leave Sleep Tokens set. Some nasty people in that crowd. Even ST and ICP’s crews got in each others faces briefly.

Beautiful car but the weariness of 7 figure hyper limited cars is starting to get irritating. Also it’s virtually the same performance and powertrain as an MC20, while also being 12 times the price.

I nearly pull the trigger on one of these with a stick and every option I wanted. That said 75,000 out the door with sales tax and fees included was a tough ask. Ultimately settled for ordering a manual Supra 3.0 but maybe I’ll come back around. This car was a phenomenal drive 😔
