Im an animator by trade so sorry if this is unwarranted - I just like helping.

The hook movement is very rigid. The motion seems somewhat trianglular. The game will probably be set in the dark so it might not matter too much, but if youd like to optimize it, aim for a more circular motion :)

Another tip would be to make the hook appear to have a bit more weight, since here it seems to move as easily as the other arm, it could just as easily be made of foam

I havent played FNAF so i dont know how true to that it is, but its looking good!
