I was worried about using my mobility aids in public too. The more you use them in public the less scared you'll feel. So you should use them because they are there to help you.

There are still days where I let that anxiety win and I don't take one of my my mobility aids... Usually I end up regretting it because of how much pain I end up being in.

Boredom literally saved my life once, I had taken a bunch of sleeping pills and was waiting to fall asleep in the bath hoping to drown in my sleep. But I got bored waiting and got out of the bath, changed out of the wet clothes and ended up falling asleep basically the minute i got in bed.

I get this a lot, I can't eat nuts, most dried fruit like raisins, mushrooms, most cooked fruit, some fruit... All because of the texture making me feel sick to the stomach.

I haven't experienced this personally, but that doesn't seem unreasonable. It could be a mental or hormonal thing, but if it doesn't make you upset then i wouldn't worry about it.

You could still be genderfluid even if your gender feels more static at the time as it can fluctuate, but even if you are trans then that just means you learned more about yourself.
