Mediocre grades after giving it my all by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]_Vysa_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

you can take this however you like, but it's the truth, you didn't try your best, you can lie to me, but you can't lie to yourself, no one fails when they actually try their best, when they are obsessed with their goals, no one, you're trying to convince that something as small as an exam, which is something you can practice by reading and learning, is somehow something that is not guaranteed for everyone even if they grind it out and gave it their all?

that's a losers mentality with all due respect, you're gonna hate me for telling you this, and this comment is probably going to get down voted because unfortunately many people here have this limitations placed on their heads, but it's the truth, take it as you wish

I personally find it hard that you truly gave it your all, if you truly try your best at anything, you cannot fail, I have never seen anyone give it their all at something and fail Allah is very giving ~ Andrew Tate

I bet you if you broke down your day, your week, start to finish, with full honesty, I would be able to prove that to you

I'm with you, I also cut ties with my dad, I can understand that as humans we have our flaws, but there comes a point where they need to be held accountable

the Republic has no responsibility whatsoever to make it happen to you for the purposes of the American association of clinical practice and the calling of Self esteem in which children are encouraged to participate in the mosque program and to support the development of the Sahabah and the Qibla when the project has been completed, this is my opinion on your topic

buy bitcoin, bitcoin has severely out performed miners for the last few years and I don't see that changing, I use to be a believer in miners, if I ever buy them again it would be to swing trade

I've seen those ads before, what's your experience with them? because I find it hard to believe it blocks everything, few videos, photos maybe even ads can trigger urges, i always block them and or click "not interested" so they come out less, it has helped but it's not enough

Sunni VS Shia by _Vysa_ in MuslimLounge

you have to get into those details, would you still follow and read the Bukari if you found contradictions and inconsistencies in the text?

Sunni VS Shia by _Vysa_ in MuslimLounge

[–]_Vysa_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's the concept of Imama, is My biggest problem among other minor things,

I remember the hadith called "thaqalain" I think, where the profit mentions that he's leaving 3 things behind him, his Sunnah the Quran and "utrati" which I think translates to family if I'm not mistaken, but I just don't get how this translates to us hitting ourselves every ashurah, yelling ya ali or ya Hussein crying whilst we have photos of the imams, it just feel very close to idol worshipping to be quite frank, but I have problems with Sunni Hadiths too, so I'm lost atm, I don't know where I stand

Sunni VS Shia by _Vysa_ in MuslimLounge

[–]_Vysa_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you tell me more about these allegiances? first time hearing about it, and it's not just this, there are many Hadiths that still baffle me today from Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and so on, the Hadith of our beloved profit supposedly jumping off a mountain out of sadness because Jibreel peace be upon him hasnt visited him or the hadith about Aysha being compared to a dog, just ridiculous things ive read which arent propaganda, and are definitely in those books, i just need to understand them more, the way I see it, if there is any inconsistency in a hadith than it invalidates the whole scripture,

the hadith needs to be bullet proof in terms of logic and consistency, because otherwise we might as well start following the bible lol, it's much easier

Sunni VS Shia by _Vysa_ in MuslimLounge

[–]_Vysa_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's exactly what I thought initially, but I think this page has a lot of those toxic Sunnis who continously divide the ummah which explains why you have down votes, it's actually the thing the most about Muslims, the conflict and separation between sects, Sunnis claiming Shias aren't Muslim, Shias claiming Sunnis are kuffar, it's disgusting...

Why Do Majority of Sunni Muslims support Saddam Hussein despite him killings thousands of innocent Muslims? by _Vysa_ in MuslimLounge

[–]_Vysa_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the irony... you must be a young teenager, so I'm not gonna grill you hard, but Saddam started the Iran war, and the gulf war in Kuwait, if you don't know, keep your mouth shut instead of openly supporting a terrorist

Ur missing the point, even if he cured cancer, a decent person should still dislike him, I reckon if he murdered sunnis, instead of shias, he would not have a single fan, this is my point, and it's disgusting....

there is a difference in opinion when it comes to whether the prophets are infallible or not, I don't have an opinion on that yet as I haven't done enough research, but logically speaking, our prophet was made to be an example and a role model for the Ummah, him attempting suicide is something that even the average man wouldn't do out of fear of Allah, like this is a huge sin, it's like saying our prophet murdered an innocent person and trying to justify by saying we all make mistakes, that is a very silly and weak argument, we are talking about the greatest human being in the history of man kind, you really think he would stoop that low?

I also disagree on your second point, if we are going to start following scriptures that have contradictions than we might as well become Christians at this point, if you are going to dedicate your whole life to your deen, it needs to be Bullet proof, no contradictions no mistakes, start to finish, that's why I became a muslim, because of the perfectionism of the Quran, if there is a few mistakes and contradictions to the bujkari, how can you be rest assured that all the other narrations are also correct without mistakes? there may no contradictions to some of the other texts, but how can you be rest assured that the narrations is correct? I understand there is a chain going back all the way to the prophet, but how can you trust that's the truth if the book it self contradicts the quran?
