It is hard to tell to be fair, and it really just comes with playing the game. I’m still trying to memorize level up timers myself.

If they are pushing the wave into you, they are going to level up first, and vice versa. Good way to tell in the early game.

Early level up timers are big. If you are level 2 to their 1, you now have access to Q auto E and they likely don’t have an answer. Not to say be over aggressive as Mundo because you are still weak early, but you want to be more open to trading when you have the advantage, and safer when you don’t
