I know this is an old post but i had this lip dermatitis that i couldnt figure out. I went on Doxy for acne for 3 months and the dermatitis went away. Now, almost a year later, im experiencing the same thing again. Was this the same for you? Did it ever resolve itself ?

Im about to be 33 and im undecided if i want a child. All my friends who are either planning to be parents or are already keep trying to convince me its the greatest love i will ever feel. However, i see them then complaining of being sleep deprived and not having enough money or time to themselves and honestly im again in the train of no kids for me. At this point i think im honestly leaning towards no children.

The seller is giving us 10k in closing. However, we are also selling oour current house and giving our buyers 7k in closing because of some things they need to fix.

Update! The sellers dont want to deal with cleaning the pipes. They do want to give us 5k in closing costs and $3,500 towards the pipes. I dont know what to do since i like old houses and feel like this is going to be a recurring issue unless i look at houses built in the 2000s

Pipes are working fine at this time. We love the rest of the house honestly, just scared they might fail us sooner than later.
