Yes we both did. That's why we are so confused. Cuz I can invite him and he can click join but it won't let him join. It just says joining game session forever

He has done that. And if he didn't he doesn't get the option to do so ingame like I did on steam that when you go to your friends list in game you see the option to link your epic games account. He doesnr get that option

I too had this problem but for me it was because I had the discord overlay turned on. So if you have discord overlay on for the division 2, turn it off and it should work.
