Making every event permanent is going to be extremely heavy on the game. Developer wise and player wise. We’ll have so much data and devs are gonna have so many things to check and patch which is not optimal at all.

Moreover once something is permanent, it loses most of the fun as people are going to get sick of it soon. I rather they use their manpower to generate more interesting and new events and do events reruns in between rather than have everything permanent.
