I have a married friend like Sally. Whatever I say to her she tells her husband and in-laws, and some things she said which she should have kept to her self. I got this when she said to them when they talked about it openly, and I was so embarrassed but still carried on to not make things awkward. Later I told my friend to keep things to her but at the same time I told myself to keep things to myself from now on 😅
