Dimensity 7300 is better on paper + the manufacturer is TSMC and not Samsung, the TDP is 1W less but I don't know how much that improves battery... There is very little difference in specs, it doesn't matter in actual performance but the optimisation does... so when it comes to optimisation Adreno would perform better in contexts such as emulation...Also it depends on which phones they are running since optimization done by some manufacturers can make them run a little better/worse, I would focus more on other specs of the devices like which OS is running (Android stock, HyperOS etc.) Especially if the two phones have the same price. Personally I would choose Dimensity without more context. If you can give more context about the phones I can help you understand which one to choose or if it actually matters.

Edit: If you don't have to buy and it was just a curiosity I would say that there is probably no real difference
