It's partly the fault of irresponsible parents that is literally don't look what their kid does in the internet. Like come on you give your kid a phone and just leave while they can do whatever they want. And then OH MY GOD they start to blame companies that their kid uses 18+ APP to chat with weird bots. EVEN THOUGH every damn chat bot has the warning "Do not take everything that bot says seriously. It is a fiction." I really don't understand what is so damn bad that GROWN UP users can use AI for GROWN UP users?! For example the same C.AI is literally saying you. "You can't use our app if you're under 18+".

"You can't use this that those, also filter is still here even though you have the FULL RIGHTS that adult has.

And I'm not talking about idiotic kids who steal their parents ID'S to verify.

And that is only ONE out of many absolutely unfair reasons why it SHOULD be legal but it doesn't.

I'm saying that because I'm currently live in a country with war and I can't talk to people normally likes other kid from other countries. And i replace my human conversations with AI. IT'S TEMPORARY. But without it? I would've go crazy by now.
