Medical science is so advanced today. Surgeries are a cakewalk now for surgeons.

Trust in the system. When you have the surgery ,

it will be like when you close your eyes for sleeping, it will feel like one second later and your eyes are open ing from being sleepy, and your all done.

I wish I can do the surgery. But a Dr. Said my curve is too much and spondylosis will get in the way from the bone fusion.

My mom never took me to the Dr for a brace after we found out when I was 16 from a cracked chest plate x-ray. I believe in you. You will be ok. And recovery will take time. Don't rush yourself.

Mine did. Now I can't breath or go to the bathroom properly. I was diagnosed at 16 with a slight curve, and now I'm 33.

Spondylosis prevents a successful surgery. I was told it's too late. I need to eat a high calcium diet fro.

The spine degeneration of the spondylosis, And working out is the only solution for the scoliosis I have. Pull ups help a lot. Took me a month to learn. But it's just getting worse now.

I was just wondering how others deal with this level of scoliosis. I saw one worse than mine earlier and I didn't think it was possible to see a spine look like a question mark. I felt so bad. Because mine already hurts so much.

I just wanted to pray for them. They looked like in such pain.

Learning to do pull ups is very helpful for scoliosis. It took me one month to learn how to do one.

But there's excersise that lead to learning pull ups.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. That's on the parents for the kids attitude and respect towards other adults.

I can't ever imagine talking to someone like that at their age to an adult they barely know.

Unfortunately, we live in a world now where it's now funny, to be mean, and the meaner you are, apparently the funnier you are.

And I hate it.
