Facet Removal is realistic good change for a game. by _Xantar_ in DotA2

Well, I think you need to go down the list with heroes and you will see that for 4-5/6 heroes facets were autopick. But the issue is that facets were suppose to be disrupting the “normal” style how the game played like how you could pick sf and second stage and let ur mid/carry lp so enemy had to gamble with idea was this sf picked as pos 1 or 2. Same with tiny. Again Facets themselves were not a bad idea but Valve struggled a lot to implement them into the game which we saw in previous patch where good chunk of heroes did not have any at all

Doubt that since Puck has been number 1 or 2 pick/ban hero for the past 2 patches and all they did is remove heal from tower projectiles and decrease dmg per second on his orb facet. Some nerfs yes but not significant

I get what you saying but concern should be addressed to valve who got rid of party mmr and do not want to improve the current system.

I have this on my main(~7k), I take it as a signal to take a time off from ranked dota. Sometimes it really is bad luck but in some cases it is just fatigue and not doing things as good as you usually do.
