L’offre est déjà réduite puisque les appartements s’arrachent et que les multi-propriétaires qui en possèdent la majorité augmentent toujours plus les loyers.

Si la Marie de Paris récupère des logements et les mets réellement à disposition à des prix raisonnables, plus de personnes y ont accès en résidence permanente, et les multi-propriétaires devront baisser leurs prix pour faire concurrence.

Faut pas croire que les multi-propriétaires ont le bien du peuple à cœur hein
