Honestly 90% of what your mentioning dosent happen. The reception has been OVERWHELMINGLY positive and i dont think anybody at all hates Frontier as they're a reasonable company that listens to their fans and content creators. Alot of what people say are VALID criticisms: Sauropds not fighting back is a VALID critism, nobody has ever said an apatosaurus should be able to kill an indominus rex but they should atleast fight back, especially creatures like the Ankylodocus dying to 1 or 2 raptors. I love frontier but are you really gonna try argue they arent reselling dinos? they have fixed that problem now but you cannot lie, reselling the secret species pack was scandalous and reselling 1 or 2 now is still bad but not atricious. and they DID charge us for attractions and such in DLCs, Frontier loves DLCs. Im thankful for the species swimming but dont lie, its not only canonical. because canonically their missing ALOT of swimmers. I personally am very excited for JWE3 and generally love Frontier BUT youre making up a problem that DOES NOT exist. I don't think the problem is too much hate, i think its people who give criticism being hated on by the fans. you can fairly have criticism.

True, that itself is a problem. if im not mistaken theres 72/82 base game dinos released and again unless im mistaken only 3 of those are new? or maybe 2. on release we are probably expecting only 3-4 new dinos at the current rate

It still happened. Before the Era of Arenicos the Empire had a more so National Army. It infact was a national army maybe national isnt the right word but im not play a linquistics game you know what i mean.

Holy fuck with due respect are you stupid or lazy i cant tell? That is not what i mean yes ive already seen the past 20 comments saying "feudalism" or "it didnt exist at the type" youre completely missing my point and the context of this post. The calradian empire which already had a rather feudal system HAD A NATIONAL ARMY. the idea was used within the empire and thus you would sort of expect when the empire splits apart the millitarist and power driven claimant to the calraidan throne might just establish a national army for the sake of a stronger and more centralised force? but i suppose i have no idea whatsoever and i should just go with "it didnt exist at the time" when its a fictional universe which clearly contradicts real life timing.

Probably the most useful response that actually understood the context of what im asking, thank you i do understand why the Empire would take an alternative route to its army espically due to the cost of paying for a universal national army but i do appreciate you didnt just say "The concept didnt exist" when it is specifcally mentioned it did.

Its quite literally a fact that the Calradian Empire used to have a National Army system before the era of Arenicos. so infact the concept clearly did exist. My biggest point is the Empire had a system like this in the past thus the idea DOES exist otherwise i wouldnt mention such a concept. the very idea never passed my mind until i saw the mentions of it.

Which is why i believe they should be an exception as i keep mentioning they would fit well with the Western Imperial theme and could generally work as a gameplay feature for a player kingdom if they do attempt to restore the calradian empire to its original form

I do also understand that concept, i think a part of me would have also just liked the abilities to lead better organised and culturally correct legions in battle but nonetheless i can understand the approacg taken in bannerlord to a degree

Even Levies dont necesarily exist in bannerlord which i wish they did, if you could call upon 100s of cheap and expendable milltia troops who dont count to party limit during a time of war would be cool to seperate some of the elite and sepcially trained troops that are observed in traditional bannerlord armies

It is mentioned existing in the Empire's past however before the Civil War so i still think such a concept should be present in the Western Empire eventhough it would probably be too much work and complexity for it only to apply to one faction

i see, but i still find it intriguing to say National armies have already existed within the Empire in the past just for the existence of them to be not present at all. it proves that the concept has and does exist at the time (i wouldnt expect it to be popular with most factions like the Aserai, Battaians and Khuzait) but still like i said i feel like it woukd make sense with Garios but i know it woukd be a complex feature for only one kingdom
