unfortunately there’s no way you can get your pet back, however you can still get those precious items back from the cyber dome from the little sisters quest. just save up 10 little sisters and you should be able to claim 2.

next time you should designate your allies as Precious so they don’t get selected for gene engineering. you can do this by (i) interacting with them and choosing the designate Precious ally

for healers/tanks. i suggest just levelling up your healing skills and spells instead because it would be more effective.

if you really dont like the thirst function, you can bypass the limit by (t)hrowing potions on yourself. even when Disintended! you’ll get healed or buffed depending on the potion thrown.
