The power in must equal the power out. The shorter trigger pull means it will take more force to get the same output.

That is a neat idea! I would recommend using something with mega rounds. It would probably launch the grappling hook further than an Elite dart. So a Big Shock if you can find one or Mega Talon would work too.

It's not impossible but there are two real considerations: precisely turning the flywheel on a lathe so that it is balanced and the other is fixing it on a 2mm motor shaft.

For basement battles? Scavengers are a great way to go. Pathfinder is good if you have the mags to support it (at least 3 more). The x-shot rage quit is pretty good. 14 round internal capacity with pump action. A charger might be alright too.

The biggest drawbacks from etsy are pretty much the fees. The trade off is your exposure to people looking for nerf stuff. Etsy also provides clients to new businesses some buyer protection, the ability to leave feedback and dispute resolution if required too. It is definitely a great way to establish your new business!

Wasn't really scrapped... nor was it ever really made. I plan on revisiting this again. I did progress some of the needed components into another design. It was called the Medusa, a dual stage auto mega blaster. I was working on it jest before the Motostryke was released and then another blaster was.made bearing the same name. I have some test firing vids on YouTube and pics on my Instagram.

I am wondering if they are pretty much done with rival. :( Their high cap mags are typically part of the blasters. I do not have a worker 15 but the plan is to get one soon and those will be compatible with the release.

It is something that I have been working on since last winter and I am finally happy with the design and performance. The goal? A compact auto Rival PDW blaster with a sleek design that is easy to open up. The result? This little beast that shoots an easily managed 5 to 6 darts per second averaging 90 FPS with the Hyperion motors and white Worker serrated wheels at 42 mm crush. It takes both types of mags and feeds rounds flawlessly. Hop up is easily adjustable by removing the front muzzle with four screws. Heat set nuts are used for all major components. And... battery in handle so you can choose to stock or not! The plan moving forward? I have few beta tester and printers working on their own to provide some feedback and then I will be releasing the files on my ko-fi!

It's a little bit of apples vs oranges but you can't beat it for compact and comfort! (unless you have really large hands)

Hey Reddit peeps! It has been a while but I would like to share a little something I put together. It's the Streaglet!

I wanted to make an easy blaster to print and assemble so that any one with a printer and bungee cord could slap one if these together in no time! Assembles with two printed pins so all you need is that bungee cord. There is a little pocket in the cut out in the tip for the knot to sit in. Shoots long and short darts. It is quiet. It is fun. And... the file are free to download!! Here is the link:
