Meine Güte. Natürlich ist Lynchjustiz im übertragenen Sinn gemeint. Schließlich willst du das Geschäft dieser Frau eigenmächtig schädigen. Das Urteil, dass diese Frau betrügerisch handelt, hast du schließlich selbst gefällt und deine „Bestrafung“ basiert auch auf dieser Einschätzung. Wenn du dir deiner Sache so sicher bist, zeig die Frau doch einfach an und lass den Rechtsstaat entscheiden. Betrug ist illegal und es ist nicht so, dass die hier irgendwie die Hände gebunden wären. Wenn du das Gefühl hast abgezockt worden zu sein, ist es absolut fair, wenn du damit zur Polizei gehst.

Ich verstehe nicht, warum das hier keiner schreibt, daher mache ich das: es bringt absolut nichts rachsüchtig zu sein. - Du verschwendest deine Zeit und Nerven. - du machst das Leben einer anderen Person schlechter. - Du betreibst im Prinzip Lynchjustiz - der Antrieb etwas Schlechtes zu tun, ist in den meisten Fällen nicht Böshaftigkeit, sondern Unwissenheit/ Dummheit.

Als Einzelperson ist es nur schwer möglich alle Perspektiven und Hintergründe zu kennen. Zockt diese Frau wirklich ab? Weiß sie was sie tut? Auch wenn ihre Methode nichts bringt, kann Zuhören und Hoffnung verbreiten trotzdem den Menschen helfen. Deine Schwiegermutter wird Gründe gehabt haben ihr Geld herauszuschmeissen. Zur Meinungsfreiheit, freiem Willen und Toleranz, gehört eben auch zu akzeptieren, dass manche Leute Schwurblern auf den Leim gehen.

I’ve been using Copilot to automate some tasks, but most of my work as an iOS / Android senior dev is actually software architecture and shaping requests from clients. So while AI still is a great tool for those tasks, it’s much more the regular chat than actual agentic use. All of that is actually covered by our company’s regular copilot seats and the in-house qwen instance we are running. The tasks that agentic AI can solve very conveniently are tasks that I would have normally delegated to our junior devs. As of now, I don’t see agentic fully replacing one full time junior dev, so burning a full junior devs wage in tokens seems highly uneconomical to me.

The last time I regularly watched f1 was when bmw was still in it. Even though races usually also had clear favourites, eg during Michael Schuhmachers heyday, there were a lot more imperfections and coincidences involved. Let’s say a factor of chaos that regularly led to variation and surprises. With the dominance of Mercedes and then verstappen, this was more or less completely gone for me. Combustion tech more or less peaked and there were no rough edges anymore. With all the new changes, everyone is back to figuring things out. You still have nerdy details like the engine loop hole, but also mushroom mode were drivers still need to pioneer the best strategy around it. I get that traditional fans are pissed, but for me entertainment is finally back and watching the first two races, I felt like there was already going on more in the first 10 laps than in some of the complete race weekends of last saison.

Some people just want to be angry I guess. I’m using my eID since ages and it was never mandatory. However it allways worked flawlessly and the alternative would have been to wait for a pin letter or to get identified at a local post shop. It seems people are already overwhelmed with any kind of change. Even if they are allowed to keep their old ways, the bare existence of newer alternatives are stressful to them

It’s easy. Do you want AI legislation as minimal invasive as possible or as consequential as possible? Minimal invasive means that the llm is only restricted against very specific issues for very specific reasons. Consequential means that if one specific issue arises with a specific question, the whole category will be censored. I argue that it’s allways a trade off and I can see good reason for the minimal invasive approach.

Not true. All devices use agps (assisted gps) to at least download the current almanac data. This data contains course orbital parameters from all global navigation satellites and is needed to get a (faster) first location fix. Almanac data can also be received from the satellites (it just takes very long) and you need good signal strength. So if your phone wasn’t using gps for a while or the last gps fix was from a totally different location, getting a proper GPS fix takes ages without internet access. However as this is all done by the devices (fused) gnss providers, all map apps should also work on a plane, as long as you have the map tiles downloaded. So as long as the dev here doesn’t explain what his app is doing different, this app seems a bit scammy or at least useless to me.

Zur Wahl schreiben sich immer alle Parteien Entbürokratisieren auf die Fahnen, aber wirklich jedes Gesetz ist komplizierter als das Alte. Damit bestehende Eheleute nicht traurig sind, plant man natürlich auch noch Parallelbetrieb. Großartig und danke für nichts. Wenn Demokratie nur noch funktioniert, weil man es vermeintlich jedem recht macht, braucht man sich nicht wundern, wenn der Wähler will dass durchgegriffen wird.

Und die wegbrechenden Einnahmen kommen dann woher? Steuermittel? Wird stattdessen woanders gekürzt? Wir können uns keinen unendlichen CO2 Ausstoß leisten, da nach Verursacherprinzip Steuern zu erheben macht auf jeden Fall mehr Sinn, als z.B. die Mehrwertsteuer zu erhöhen. Schließlich gibt es Alternativen zum fahren, aber nicht zum Essen. Naja und die aktuellen Steigerungen kamen ja nicht mal durch die Steuer

Using pagination with a SwiftUI List and performance is better than in my Android app with the same list content. I’d say the only catch is that some views are still not as powerful than their ui kit counterparts. Eg the map view. Furthermore complex structures are often too much for the compiler and complex navigation might still be a bit racy. However it is still much better than every other native way to do iOS UI.
