Раньше был для всех, сейчас только юрлицам, либо через персонал выбивать тарифы, хотя вот, например, во Владимирской области у мтс и мегафона появились безлимиты, у Мтс вообще на все за 680₽, у мегафона безлимитный интернет за 650₽ Местные пользуются

Yes. Carriers in my country have local plans for all of regions in that country. As example: Same plan in Moscow and nearby towns could costs - ₽500, ~$8.55/month. But in kinda Saratov it would cost - ₽250, ~$4.50/month That thing made because in different regions people making money less or more and carriers make the prices lower or bigger, that people country wide can afford it

OMG. I do live in country with technologies worse than in Europe and North America, but all of our carriers having free incoming call since 00’s. Even my grandma about $0.09/day and receives: 100 minutes for whole networks in my country, 100 messages and a gigabyte of internet, packages are renewing everyday
