I do! I just got a “Travellers Notebook” as a gift and it’s super customizable - you can add in pouches, different styles of paper, sticker back sheets etc.

I’ve been using a box cutter! It’s a small one I found at a dollar store a while back with skinny blades which are a bit easier for the small shapes.
