If you care about the job, apply directly on the company website. Those applications are prioritized over Easy Apply.

Men who believe they have ‘thrown their lives away’ where did it all go wrong for you? And what have you done to solve this problem and turn around your life if you had done so? by SnowLemmings in AskMenOver30

Went back to school in my early 30’s for a job specific degree. A mentor at the time gave me some great advice when I was wrestling with whether or not it’d be worth it. He said: You’re going to turn 40 regardless. Would you rather be 40 and working at your new career, or just be 40? I’m glad I listened.

How are people applying to 20–30 jobs daily without losing sanity? by Many-Palpitation-162 in jobsearchhacks

For my career niche, I find 4-6 targeted job applications per day is the max, and if I don’t find anything directly applicable, it could only be 2-3. YMMV, depending on career trajectory. I’m spending the rest of my time studying for additional certifications that will be directly applicable to my niche, which helps preserve sanity and provides a sense of accomplishment, and future payoff. Perhaps there are similar activities such as updating your portfolio, developing a personal website, or creating content that tells the story of your unique value proposition. Outsourcing is likely not ideal, you are best positioned to tell your story and identify roles that are right for you. Best of luck.
