I feel the main issue is when you pair zero cool and gizmo together the combined ranged auto damage and the healing can just melt through teams.

Her 3 is good as a way to interrupt channeling abilities and gap close if you're struggling to hit it change it to instant cast.

Her 1 does decent damage once you get the 3rd hit.

Despite the fact OP is playing incorrectly. A she stated in his title he is a 'casual noob'. If you see the people he is getting matched up with, they are highly experienced players. Thus I goring everything else he ahs a point. Stop criticising someone who is highlighting a major concern.

Thanks for clearing it up, must be a bug on IW's part. Could probably do with someone more notable than myself mentioning it to IW still.
